Only replies generated by the assistant count. What visitors type does not. The monthly quota belongs to the workspace and is shared across all of its chats.
A public chat is open to anyone with the link: visitors identify themselves with name, email, and phone, and become leads. A private chat only opens for visitors you have already registered, identified by email or phone.
Yes. Each account includes one free workspace, and you can create additional workspaces on paid plans, each with its own plan, members, and assistants.
